Comfopillows.com ships to most countries around the Europe and United States using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Estimated total delivery time to any European country is 3-6 business days. Delivery inside US is 1-3 business days.

We offer FREE shipping to all countries for orders more than 99€ .  
*Orders less than $99 will be charged  8,95 € shipping cost.

We are 100% sure of the quality of our product, so we offer a 100-NIGHT TRIAL GUARANTEE. You will have a great opportunity to calmly test our product at home and see its effectiveness for yourself. We believe that the 100-night trial guarantee will give you a great opportunity to experience all the benefits of the pillow. If during this period you still decide that our product does not meet your expectations, you can return the deep sleep pillow and get your money back. If you decide to return your product, additional fees may be applied (please see the Return Rates section below for more information).

Steps To Take When Returning A Product

Step #1 Contact our Customer Support by contacts you can find at  https://www.comfopillows.com/contact-us/ within 100 days from receiving your ordered products. Please provide to the customer support your Full Name, Email, Order number and briefly describe the reason for why you want to return the product.

Step #2- Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry and if your return request meets the terms and conditions set in this Return Policy and the Terms of Service, our customer support team will provide you with a link to a returns form. After you provide us with all necessary information, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) number and Return address.

Step #3 – re-pack your product safely and securely, attach the provided RMA number in a visible place on the package and send us the returning products to the Return address given to you by our customer support team. Please note, that we will only be able to accept returned products only if they will have the RMA number attached and sent to our indicated Returns address. Please note that the return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated for.

Step #4 – Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
